What are Charlene Smith faceups?
Charlene Smith is a very treasured person, and she and Miroslava are together behind all things Meadowdolls. 💚 Charlene creates personalized, unique faceups for dolls. Faceups are painting on doll’s faces that give them character. Charlene often offers her custom faceups in a limited amount during preorders for new Meadowdoll’s dolls. You can see some of Charlene’s sweet faceups in the images above.
You can get your own doll painted by Charlene. Below you will find details on how you can make this happen.
How CAN I get a Charlene Smith Faceup?
When preordering dolls.
If you are preordering a Meadowdolls doll that you wish Charlene Smith to paint, you can choose this as an option.
As you are preordering, simply choose “Charlene’s faceup” in the drop-down menu. This will signal to Meadowdolls that you want Charlene Smith’s faceup on your doll.
After you have chosen Charlene Smith’s faceups, Meadowdolls will make note of your choice. Later, when the dolls are being shipped out, your doll will go directly to Charlene Smith for your custom, personalized faceup. Charlene Smith will then contact you so you can tell her how you wish your doll to be painted. She will then paint your doll and ship him/her directly to you when she is done!
Changes for the year 2022… there will no longer be a choice for mani/pedi. The charge to Charlene’s face-ups will just add it in now and will be $185+ shipping, due when she starts the painting of that pre-order. The shipping direct to you from the factory is faster than the large parcels that come to Charlene. There is always at least 4 months between the delivery of factory dolls and dolls with Charlene's faceup. Charlene will always e-mail you when she is ready to start the painting on the next preorder.. and post it on FB.

Who is Charlene Smith?
One could say that behind Meadowdolls are two main people, Charlene Smith and Miroslava.
Charlene really is an invaluable member of Meadowdolls. She and Miroslava work closely together and collaborate on almost everything. Charlene paints faceups, administrates, talks to those of you who are ordering, helps with new dolls, creates and holds events. One could summarize Charlene Smith as a powerhouse!
Charlene lives in the forest with her husband, and they have loads of chickens that they both love. When Charlene is away from home for longer periods of time she misses her chickens and she says they miss her.
