  • The order ships to the address which is registered in the original order. We can’t change the shipping address unless you move and have proof of you changing your living address.

  • You can’t change orders or move your payments from doll to doll.

  • You can return damaged products. We pay for the shipping then and give you a full refund.

  • We do replace lost goods and compensate for damaged goods with a new doll or money, depending on the situation.

  • We do not offer combined shipping for any doll size. The cost for lost packages with more than one doll inside is too high, and there is no insurance covering that for us.

  • Layaway payments are divided into 3 payments for LL, BB, and Moppet dolls. All the smaller dolls have 2 payments layaway plan. If you don’t pay the final payment, your order will be canceled with a fee of $150 that will be counted off what you have paid.

  • You can cancel and change your order for free if the preorder is still open. When you place the order, you pay a handling fee of $150 in the price. Those are not refundable if you cancel the preorder after the preorder period is over, and the preorder is closed. That means with late cancelation, you can’t get a full refund. The $150 will be counted off from what you have paid.

    The production time varies between 9 - 10 months from the preorder is closed. Delivery is 1-2 months after the doll is finished. It’s a long time to wait and if you can’t wait so long don’t place an order.

  • The factory faceups are carefully ´painted by the artists in the casting factory. That means they are handmade and can turn out slightly different. Ewen if they do their best to copy the faceup I send them there can still be differences in shading, blush, colors, lines, amount freckles… etc. This is normal and not considered as a flaw. The only defects we replace on faceup are scratches and other directly damaged painting issues.

  • Our dolls are collectible items for adults. They are not made to be toys for children and should not be given to children as they can pose a choking hazard due to small parts.

  • If there are any issues with your doll or the delivery you need contact us latest 4 months after the dolls are shipped to all customers. After that time we can’t help you, the tracking numbers get unavailable for us and we can’t any longer find what happened with the package.That means we don’t have any proof longer it was delivered or not. Ofthen at that time we don’t have any replacement dolls lefft either so you have 4 months to tell us about the problems,not more.

  • If you place your order and move before the delivery you MUST contact uss with the new adress. The orders are filled automaticaly after your original order adress. Ewen if you change your paypal adress later we can’t see it and the doll will be automaticaly delivered to the adress you first ordered with.
