Tracking/shipping questions

When the dolls are shipped from the factory or me, we write about it in the news section. If you can’t find it there, the dolls are still in production and not shipped.
When the dolls ship and you need your tracking, you can ask the helpers.

For the USA and Canada tracking, there is Sherrye Burrows ( spudwunkles@yahoo.com ).

For Europe, Australia, and other countries, you can write to Anne Marie ( sylnivini@yahoo.com ).
We also announce when they get the tracking numbers. You can ask those helpers just about tracking. They can’t help you with other issues, such as payment delays, address changes … etc.

If you place your order and move it before delivery, you MUST contact us at the new address. The orders are filled automatically after your original order address. Ewen, if you change your PayPal address later, we can’t see it, and the doll will be automatically delivered to the address you first ordered with.
The dolls ship when they are ready, but you can’t rely on the personal page you have here to know when. The page is not directly connected to the shipping system, so all dolls stand as pending forever. Even the shipped and delivered ones. So it’s really important we have the correct address.

The factory can't ship to postboxes, so please don’t write a postbox address. If you can’t choose another option, dolls with a postbox address will be shipped from Sweden with the European dolls from Meadow.
