This is a section for asking about lost or damaged dolls, informing us about a new shipping address if you move, or a PayPal issue if you can’t pay the invoices.

All other questions are answered in the F&Q and terms of service.

If you can’t find the answer there you can always post a public question in the FB group, there are a lot of knowledgeable collectors and we can also help there so more people can read the answer. This keeps the community informed about the most asked questions. So that’s why we don’t answer the general questions in private emails.

For tracking contact the tracking helper in your area. They can just give you tracking of the dolls that are shipped so check the news section before you write to them.
